COVID-19 VACCINE REGISTRATION & IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION
Updates on Accessing Immunization Records & International Students
The BCCDC has updated information for patients wanting to get their immunization records.
Patients can access their immunization record online through the Health Gateway or by phone at 1-833-838-2323 or at a Service BC office on the Vaccination at a Glance page and Getting a Vaccine pages.
For International students wanting to know about vaccines, the BCCDC has added information to their website advising international students to check with their campus policies and requirements, as well as, for information on testing and vaccination clinics on the Travel and Vaccine Registration and Eligibility pages.
If you received your first COVID-19 Astrazeneca Vaccine Dose through us, we will be in touch with you as follows:
When you received your first dose at the pharmacy:
1. Between 31Mar2021 and 13Apr2021
2. Between 14Apr2021 and 27Apr2021
3. 28Apr2021 or After
We will contact you between the following dates:
1. Between 07Jun2021 and 20Jun2021
2. Between 21Jun2021 and 05Jul2021
3. 06Jul2021 and After
If your choice is to receive an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) as your second dose, please contact the provincial call centre at 1-833-838-2323 to register
FOR THOSE TRYING TO BOOK YOUR FIRST COVID-19 VACCINE DOSE
Register, Book and Get Vaccinated on www.getvaccinated.gov.bc.ca
All eligible British Columbians must register online; currently, this means anyone in B.C. 12+ who has not already registered at www.getvaccinated.gov.bc.ca
NOTE: Registering and booking to get a vaccine are separate activities
Once you register, you will receive a reminder notice electronically by your preferred method of contact (email or text) to book your first dose OR second dose at the appropriate interval.
The notice invites and alerts you that you to book an appointment for your second dose and that you should schedule this appointment
To register patients will need:
Personal health number (found on your BC Services Card, driver’s license or CareCard)
First and last names
Date of birth
An email address that is checked regularly (or a phone number that can receive text messages)
Patients can also register through a provincial call centre between 7 am and 7 pm (Pacific time), toll-free, at 1-833-838-2323, or in person at their nearest Service BC location.
